Family Support Service

How BRILL family support service works?

Being a parent/caregiver can be a difficult job; one that can be overwhelming at times.

At BRILL FRC, family support workers work collaboratively with parents/individuals to offer information, signposting and advice. Evidence-based research informs our practice and our goal is to make this information accessible to as many people as possible within our own communities and to the wider community in Waterford City and County.

Family support workers where needed can work individually with you and your child/children towards putting together a package of supports tailor made to meet the needs of your family. All our work is carried out confidentially.

Family Support offer families opportunities to access a broad range of internal and external supports and services. The primary focus is on early intervention aiming to promote and protect the health, well-being and rights of all children, young people and their families.
